We process all orders within 1-5 business days. After processing, standard shipping in the U.S. typically takes 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Since each item is custom-made, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you experience an issue, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,etc.) as well as payments through PayPal for your convenience and security.
For standard shipping within the U.S., our rates are as follows: $4.75 for the first item and $2.40 for each additional item in the same order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will vary based on the number of items in your order.
