Welcome to GodsWayApparel! By accessing or using our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our website and services.

1. General Information

Our products are fulfilled by Printify, a third-party printing provider, which handles production and shipping. All transactions, orders, and customer service interactions are conducted through GodsWayApparel as the primary point of contact.

2. Products & Availability

Our products are custom-made, printed on demand, and may vary slightly in appearance. Availability may change based on supplier inventory. We reserve the right to adjust prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time.

3. Ordering and Payment

Payment is required at the time of order, and we accept a variety of secure payment options, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order for shipment according to the stated processing and shipping timelines.

4. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. After processing, orders are shipped via standard shipping (2-5 business days for the U.S.). You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to applicable locations in accordance with state and federal tax laws.

6. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once verified, Printify will issue a full refund and cover return shipping if the item is defective. We do not accept returns for other reasons, including size exchanges or changes of preference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, and text, is either owned by GodsWayApparel or used with the understanding that it is permitted for use. However, if any content on this site is not properly authorized, please contact us directly so we can promptly address and rectify the matter.

8. Liability Disclaimer

GodsWayApparel is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or products. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, but cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please review them regularly. Any updates will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the change date.

10. Mobile Terms of Service

The Godswayapparel mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by GodsWayApparel (“Godswayapparel”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Godswayapparel’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Godswayapparel through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Godswayapparel. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18556057120 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Godswayapparel mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

11. Email Marketing & Opt-Ins

By providing your email address and opting into our communications, you consent to receive promotional emails, updates, and exclusive offers from GodsWayApparel. We aim to share only relevant information, and you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of each email. We prioritize your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected, stored, and protected.
